Ordering Inquiries


Yes, to save on shipping and to avoid the hassle of payment, shipping and opening an account, please consider purchasing our products from your local dealer! There are various truck products distributors across Western Canada that regularly purchase our products. Please contact us for the information of the closest distributor to you.

We don’t have an official dealers’ network. But we do offer dealer and quantity discounts to customers that have purchased a large volume and value of products over time and have placed several orders with prompt payments. Contact us for details.
We only offer returns or exchanges for a selected number of standard products that we normally stock and that we feel we can resell to a different customer. Uncommon products that we only build once or twice a year are not returnable. Custom Built Products are NON-RETURNABLE once ordered even before they have shipped. Once you have placed the order the Custom-Built Products are yours to keep.
Our current lead time is up to 1-3 weeks from the time that we process your order (when you receive a confirmation email) to the time that it’s ready to ship out. We may have some more common products in stock that could ship out in a week’s time! Other more complex, more customized products may take longer.

Product Inquiries


No. We do not build plastic chrome products and we do not do any chrome plating. All our “chrome” products are built out of 304 Grade Mirror Finish Stainless Steel. It will never corrode, rust, or peel.
No, lights aren't normally included with our products. You may be able to purchase them from us separately. We do cut holes for lights in most of our products at the customer’s request.
No, we don’t normally do installations. Please contact us for some leads to shops that may do the installations for you. If you would like your shop listed here, as someone that would be willing to install our products for customers, let us know!
Yes, we offer manufacturer’s defect warranty on most products. We do our best to stand behind our products. If we feel we are responsible we will replace, fix, or reimburse on a case-by-case basis to maintain trust, confidence, and a good reputation with our customers.

New Website Info

Welcome to our New Website! Please read the following points to better understand the objective of this new site.


The purpose of this new site is to make it easier for our customers to find and order products. You can place your order online quickly and easily by adding your products to the cart and sending us your order via the checkout page! You will no longer be required to write down the part # and send an email or call to order products.

As you may realize we are still in the progress of migrating our site. Therefore a lot of the products that we build are not online yet. Please bear with us as you continue to navigate our site. As much as we would like to wait to launch the new site until it’s complete we are hoping that what has been done so far will help us in such a way that, we will have even more time to migrate the products faster. At this point we have 90% of our body panels online which should help immensely! For products not that are not on the new website yet please reach out to us via email or phone.

Besides just adding our products to the new product pages, we are also updating our files and part numbers in such a way so that it’s easier for us to process your orders. We are hoping that if you order from our website your order will be processed in our system faster then the traditional email/phone or any other order method. That being said, products not in our new product pages as well as custom designed products, will take more time to process and build.

For us as well as for our customers. Customer don’t have to wait for us to send a quote or pictures as pricing and pictures will be online. This should be a real time saver for our customers! Especially if you must submit a quote to insurance before you can proceed with the order. They should be able to find what they need faster. No need to verify that it will fit their truck as clear pictures are provided for every product.

We encourage customers to us the new online ordering process as it will make it better for us to process your order. Please add your PO number in the order notes. If you need products from both the “old product image galleries” and the “new product pages” we encourage you to send 2 different orders even if they are for the same PO. Additionally you can also add parts that are not yet available for online order to the order notes.
